• Are tickets refundable?

  No, all ticket sales are final. Rain or Shine. Wild West Fest is a rain or shine event; No refunds will be issued, should inclement weather occur. If there is a possibility that weather conditions are dangerous, some performances may be paused or canceled. This is up to the discretion of Wild West Fest Safety Management, the City Of San Angelo and Artist Management. Wild West Fest makes every effort to limit delays and cancellations. Texas weather changes quickly and the safety of our guests is our primary concern. Please be prepared for any weather.

• Can I Get Tickets At the Gate?

  Yes, if the event does not sell out before. All VIP must be purchased in advance.

• Can we bring lawn chairs and blankets?

  Yes, lawn chairs and blankets are both allowed.

• Can we bring our own food and drinks?

  No, outside food and drinks are prohibited at the Riverstage.

• What items are allowed inside the festival?

  • Personal Chairs

  • Strollers

  • Sunscreen

  • Clear bags and purses.

• What items are NOT allowed inside the festival?

  • Large/Beach/Porch Umbrellas

  • Large Bags, Purses, Backpacks (see bag policy above)

  • Oversized Large Blankets

  • Smoking

  • Chairs (Friday, 8/5 Only)

  • Pets (Service Dogs Allowed)

  • Outside Food Or Drinks

  • Coolers

  • Professional Cameras / Recording Equipment

  • Guns/Knives/Weapons Of ANY Kind

• What type of bags are allowed?

  No backpacks, larges purses or bags allowed EXCEPT for:

  • Small clutch bags (up to 10”x6”

  • Fanny Packs/Waist Packs (up to 10”x6”)

  • Clear drawstring bags

  All bags will be subject to a security check before entry. Wild West Fest reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone

• How Old Do I Have To Be To Attend?

  Wild West Fest is an all ages event.

• Are kids admitted free or at a discounted rate?

  Kids under 5 are allowed in free.

• Do we need to bring cash?

  Yes, while Wild West Fest does have card readers, wifi and cellular service are slow at the Riverstage. Cash is also the fastest way to purchase food and drinks.

• How much cash should we bring?

  We recommend bringing $60-$100 of cash per day.

• Are waters free this year?

  Yes, free water is back and here to stay!

• Are pets allowed in the festival?

  ONLY registered support animals are allowed inside the festival.
